WATCH: STATEMENT OF CITY MAYOR JOSEPH ARELLANO EVANGELISTA ON THE PROVISIONS OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33

HIGHLIGHTS:

Under enhanced community quarantine po ang Kidapawan City hanggang Abril 30, 2020, subject to extension.

ONE ENTRANCE, ONE EXIT POLICY sa Mega Market. Bawal pumasok ang walang KIDQIP pass. Bawal pumasok ang senior citizen, buntis at menor de edad kahit may KIDQIP pass. Bawal pumasok lahat ng pribado at pampublikong sasakyan sa Mega Market, maliban na lang sa bulk deliveries ng supplies, goods at cargo.

The operation of the Kidapawan City Mega Market shall be from six o’clock in the morning (6:00 am) to four o’clock in the afternoon (4:00 pm).

Residents of Kidapawan City that come from places (whether abroad or domestic) with confirmed local transmission of Covid-19 (Luzon, Davao Region, etc.) shall not be allowed to enter Kidapawan City but shall be referred to the respective boundaries of the Province of Cotabato to undergo strict fourteen (14) day quarantine before entering the territory of Kidapawan City.

Residents of Kidapawan City found to have attended mass or public gatherings in places outside Kidapawan City shall NOT BE ALLOWED to re-enter Kidapawan City until the end of the enhanced community quarantine.

CLOSURE OF BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS: Department stores shall be ordered closed. Tailoring shops and textile/garment shops may open but only for the purpose of producing PPEs and facemask. Para sa ibang establishments, please refer to the enumeration under Section 5 sa EO 33.

Bawal lumabas ng barangay kung walang KIDQIP pass. Bawal lumabas ng barangay ang senior citizen, menor de edad at buntis kahit may dala pa na KIDQIP pass, maliban kung emergency.

Mandatory face mask sa lahat ng lalabas ng bahay. Curfew ay 9pm to 5am. Lahat ng violators ay kailangan sumailalim sa seminar/information education campaign sa pamamagitan ng pag-film viewing ng sunod-sunod na Covid-19 documentaries.

SPECIAL PASSES: A limited number of special color-coded passes shall be issued to each municipal government in the Province of Cotabato. Bearers of these special color-coded passes may be allowed to enter Kidapawan City ONCE A WEEK (half day only) for the limited purpose to purchase food, medicines, and/or other basic necessities.

REITERATION ON PROHIBITION AGAINST MASS GATHERINGS: All barangay and purok assemblies and other such activities that involve the gathering and congregation of people, regardless of crowd size, are hereby ordered PROHIBITED. This order shall include all government-initiated gatherings including but not limited to general assemblies, day care activities, senior citizen meetings, farmer association meetings, including sabong activities. All private activities that involved the congregation of people, regardless of crowd size, are also PROHIBITED, including but not limited to basketball and sports activities, gambling activities, religious activities (except funeral rites which may only be attended by direct family relatives), private celebrations involving the gathering of people, family reunions, and such other similar activities.

Please report all violators to your barangay and purok officials for immediate action.

Dakong tabang kini hilabi na kay makatubag kini sa panginahanglanon sa pagkaron kung ugaling molungtad pa ang krisis nga dala sa COVID19.
Kini libre nga serbisyo sa City Government busa pakig-kitai ang mga tinugyanan sa City Agriculture Office sa ilang buhatan aron makatagamtam sa maong free vegetable seeds distribution.
